Exchange E-Mail Hotline

On August 26, 2009, all existing faculty and staff e-mail accounts will be converted to Microsoft Exchange. If you are having a problem please call the IT Help Desk at 825-1112.

Pipeline Upgrade to MyCCRI

From August 28th thru August 31st, 2009, the Department of Information Technology will be upgrading Pipeline(Luminis III)  to MyCCRI (Luminis IV). We will also be moving to a new hardware platform, from a Windows Operating System environment to Unix Operating System environment.  [read more]

Office 2007 coming this Summer 2009!

The deployment phase of Microsoft Office 2007 is now under way at CCRI.  All College computers will be upgraded to MS Office 2007 and Internet Explorer 7 during the Summer 2009 semester.

Sophos Anti-Virus Software

Effective May 2009, CCRI implemented Sophos Anti-Virus software as the campus standard in computer virus protection. We are in the process of installing this software on all campus computers. We administer updates and virus reporting from one central location and the latest virus defense information is distributed to each computer within hours of being made available to the public. Computer Lab Schedule for Holidays, Breaks and Class Cancellations
