Technology Updates in the Classrooms

Of the 37 additional LCD projectors, PC’s and screens purchased with STEM funding for 2008, the Department of IT along with staff from Physical Plant are hoping to have twenty more classrooms equipped with SMART technology this Spring semester. Some rooms will also be updated with DVD/VCR combos as well as document cameras. Many classrooms are also getting a facelift with new tablet chairs for students, instructional multimedia podiums and desks for faculty and PC work zones in our newest electronic classrooms.
