Step 1

From the Designer Links or Control Panel, click Manage Course, and then click Manage Students. The Manage Students grade book screen appears.

Under Actions, from the Organize drop-down list on the far right, select Manage columns and click Go. The edit Columns screen appears.

Step 3

Scroll over to the columns you want to hide and click in the white boxes at the top to select. Note that you can select multiple columns to hide.

Step 4

From the menu on the right side of the screen under Options, click on the option to Hide columns, using the drop-down arrow to choose Yes. Then click on the Go button.

Step 5

Click back on the Manage Students breadcrumb to return to the grade book. You should now see only the columns that are not hidden.

To make the columns visible in the grade book, follow these same steps but choose Hide Columns: No.
