Viewing a category

To view the questions in a category.

1. Click on the Quiz/Survey link from the Homepage, Course Menu or Organizer Page. The Quizzes/Surveys screen displays.

2. Click on the Question Database link next to the Quizzes/Surveys. The Question Database screen displays.

3. Select the category you want to view from the View drop-down menu seen in Figure 3-8.

4. Click on the Go button to the right of the View drop-down menu. The questions in the category selected in step 3 display to the left. See Figure 3-8.

To see an individual question the way a student would see it, click on the magnifying glass next to a question. To open the question into an editing screen click on the question title link.

Note that you will see the Type of question (for example, MC for multiple choice), the Category the question belongs to and the Exam or Quiz the question is being used by. This field gets updated as questions get added to exams.
