Student Menu for Faculty

The Student Menu for Faculty allows a faculty member to retrieve personal information (when available) for students registered in their courses. This information includes address, telephone number, as well as the student's major, status, and schedule. Faculty may also view information on academic transcripts, holds, degree audits, and placement test scores from this page.

Step 1 Click on the For Faculty tab

Step 2 Click on the Student Menu for Faculty link.

Step 3 The Student Information options will display.

Step 4 Click on the Term Selection to select the current term. After selecting the term, you will be returned to the Faculty Services menu where you once again select Student Menu for Faculty.

Step 5 Select one of the options:
View Student Information View Student Address and Phones View Student Schedule View Academic Transcript View Degree Evaluation View Test Scores View Holds
Step 6 Click on the ID Selection to search for the student, either by CCRI ID (8-digit number starting with 9.....) or by last name.
