Step 4

Select the course you wish to grade. (Note: to see all your courses and sections click on the down arrow.) Each course will display with the course title followed by the CRN (course reference number).

Note: If you are teaching multiple sections of the same course and are unsure which section matches up to which unique CRN, you could print out your Faculty Schedule by Day and Time which lists all your courses for the week. This will display each course code and section followed by the CRNs and would be useful to have on hand before starting the grading process.

You will also see the full course title, code, section and CRN under Course Information at the top of each grading worksheet  so that you can verify each class.

Step 7

Click on the down arrow in the Grade column to select the letter grade for each student  (see options) or just click in the box and type in the letter grade. Please be advised. Note that there is an inactivity time limit on this page for security purposes so Submit often to save your work. For instance you could grade half the class and submit their grades and then return to the page later and grade the rest of the students. Remember to always choose Submit for each session to save your work.

Step 9

You should see a message that the grades have been saved successfully. This may take a minute or two depending on the system processing. Please wait until this process has finished.
