Scheduling in Classrooms with Technology

If you want to be scheduled in an electronic classroom or classroom with fixed equipment ( a computer and projector) for the semester, it is important to notify your department chairperson as the master schedule is being developed. The department chairperson will then submit your requirements to Enrollment Services, who will  schedule classes into appropriate rooms.

If a faculty member has missed the departmental deadline for the master schedule, or changes/cancellations occur, the faculty member should complete the Request Form for Classroom Adjustment or email Cathy Tessier at ctessier@ccri.edu to discuss their needs.  It is equally important to notify Cathy if you are scheduled to teach in a room with a computer and LCD projector that you don't plan to use.
