Technology Tip of the Week - March 20, 2006
Access a Student Transcript in Pipeline
Faculty now have the capability to review a student's unofficial transcript right from their Pipeline account. Just follow these easy steps:
Log in to your Pipeline account
Click on the For Faculty tab
Click on the Student Menu for Faculty option
Click on the Student Academic Transcript link
Select the Term and click on the Submit button
Type in the student's CCRI ID if you know it (8-digit number beginning with 9....) or type in their Last Name and First Name
Under Search type, click next to ALL to select the entire student database
Click on the Submit button to start the search (note that this may take a few seconds)
The student name will show up. Note that if there is more than one student listed with the same name you will need to select the correct name.) Click on the Submit button
Click on Display Transcript. You will see the student's unofficial transcript on screen. To print the transcript out, click on File - Print from the menu bar in your browser.
