Online video tutorials
For some outstanding tutorials that walk you through all the steps to navigate around WebCT 4.1, including audio explanations on some of the modules, see these video step-by-steps developed by University of Texas - Pan American. You don't even need a special plug-in! Note: If you are using these tutorials in any of the CCRI computing labs you will need to bring in your own headphones to hear the audio in these videos.

Individual step-by-step guides are now available for students on all WebCT tools. These guides are only available from on-campus due to licensing restrictions.
CCRI Help Desk
The CCRI Help Desk is available to provide support to all students. The Help Desk is accessible by phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at 825-1112 or via e-mail anytime at: helpdesk@ccri.edu.
