Server: pipeline.ccri.edu

Port:  6785

Your User name on Pipeline (often first initial-last name)

Password is your Pipeline PIN

Note: If you are on a computer that no one else uses, you may click next to Remember password. If you share a computer it is best to leave that option unchecked.

Step 7

Click on the Apply button then OK. Note: If you are on a modem this may take a few minutes.  You should see the synchronization screen updating the files.

Step 8
When synchronization is executed for the first time, Sun ONE Synchronization executes a Full Synchronization. With Full Synchronization, Sun ONE Synchronization tries to match each entry in Sun ONE Calendar Server to each entry in the PIM or mobile device. When an exact match is found, those two entries are identified as the same. To make an exact match, the two entries must be identical down to the punctuation in the description fields.

When you select to synchronize for the first time you are given three options for each data source you've selected to synchronize:

Replace the Outlook  records with Sun ONE records.

Replace Sun ONE records with the Outlook  records.

Combine both Outlook and Sun ONE records

For example, the following screen shows the choices for a full synchronization for Sun ONE Calendar and Outlook: For the first time you can choose the last choice- Combine both Sun ONE records and Outlook records.

Step 9

A Synchronization Complete message should come up when all the files have been copied.
