Create A Security Question & Answer
Students, faculty and staff who have not created a security question and answer will now be prompted to do so. When the user logs into MyCCRI and clicks on one of the self-serve tabs, For Students, For Faculty, and My Info a screen will pop-up prompting the user to select a question, enter a new answer and to enter their MyCCRI password to confirm.
It is important you choose your question and answer carefully. It should be one that you will remember but is not so easily guessed by others. Your answer is limited to 30 characters and is case-sensitive. Keep it short, limit spaces, and do not use special characters.

To reset your password in the future, you have to provide the Answer exactly as you typed it.
To change your security question and/or answer:
- Login to MyCCRI.
- Go to My Info tab.
- Choose Change Security Question.
- Select a Security Question from the drop down by clicking on the down arrow
- Enter the New Answer
- Enter your MyCCRI Password to confirm
- Click Submit when done.

If you forget your password and have set up your security question and answer you may use the online automated process, Reset Password with Q & A which will reset your password to your birth date in the format of MMDDYY without waiting for assistance.
