If You Forget Your Password

If you created a Security Question and Answer:

Reset Password with Your Security Q&A

Type your CCRI ID or S.S. # and click the Forgot Password button.

Type your personal Answer when prompted with your Security Question.

Click Submit Answer

The system will reset your password to your initial password; your birth date, in the format of MMDDYY.  Please wait 30 minutes and try to log in. 

If you haven't created a Security Question and Answer you must do the following:

For students: Admissions and Records Department within the Office of Enrollment Services can provide you with a new password either in person or over the phone.  Use Enrollment Services contact information to call and be prepared to answer 3-4 personal questions to verify your identity.

For faculty and staff: IT Help Desk staff can reset your password, either in person or over the phone.  IT Help Desk Phone number is (401) 825-1112 and walk-In Service Knight Campus Room 2113.  If you call, be prepared to answer 3-4 personal questions to verify your identity.

Please create a Security Question & Answer as soon as you log into your account.
