Entering An Event in a Course Calendar

There is a unique course calendar created automatically for each course in Pipeline. Faculty may add events to each calendar that will only be viewable by the students in that particular course. The Course Calendar may be accessed either from within the My Courses links or directly from the Personal Calendar option on the MY CCRI page.

Only faculty members have access to adding and deleting events on a course calendar. Students can view the events but cannot add to or modify anything on this calendar. Students can change their personal calendars in Pipeline.

Note: The day, time and location of the particular course will be displayed automatically on the course calendar. This information is input by the Pipeline system and is refreshed daily. DO NOT use this system link to add additional information for your class as it is overwritten each night. Use the New Event option to add information instead.
