Step 1

Click on the "Start" button and then click on "Control Panel"

Double-click on the "Mail" icon.

Step 3

Make sure “Prompt for a profile to be used” is selected and click the “Add” button.

(If you don’t have any existing email profiles just click the “Add” button)

Step 4

In the "Profile Name:" text box, type a name for a new profile and click "OK".

Step 5

The “Add New E-mail Account" wizard will start. 

Enter your name, e-mail address, and password that you use to log in to Webmail.

Click Next.

Step 6

You will be prompted to log in to the server.

Type "campus\username" (username represents your username) in the User name: field

Type the password you use to log in to Webmail, in the Password: field.

Click OK.

Step 7

When your e-mail account has been configured, you will receive a confirmation message saying "Congratulations!".

To close the "Add New E-mail Account" wizard click Finish.

Step 8

You will be returned to the Mail dialog box.

Under "When starting Microsoft Office Outlook, use this Profile:" select "Always use this profile" and then choose "Exchange" from the drop-down box.

Click "OK"
