How to update campus location & telephone number

In order to provide Students, Faculty, Staff and the community with accurate contact information for CCRI employees, campus contact information must be current. Please take the time to enter/update your primary campus address and phone number using the following step by step instructions.

Steps to update your campus location & telephone number
Login to your MyCCRI account and follow the steps outlined below
Step 1

Click on the For Employee tab.

Under Employee Services click on Update Campus Address

Click the hyperlink 'Current' to update your campus location.

Update any of the following fields with your new campus information.
  • Address Line 1 - Type 'Room' then your office number. Example; Room 2115
  • City - Enter your campus' city
  • Zip or Postal Code
Campus City/Town Zip Code

Westerly 02891
DownCity 02903
  • Phone Number - Enter the entire 7 digit number. Example; 825-2006

Click Submit

An error will display for each required field you did not enter properly. Be sure to entered all the fields listed above. Click submit again

Your new campus address will now display as it will appear in the college directory.
